Completing your fasfa can help you get ahead on the next school year.I can now be able to register for classes and have the tuition needed for it.
I haven’t attend it yet. My banquet is on the 19th so I will be attending the clean up after but I like how my teacher and everyone else is doing things so we can collect hours. My teacher informed me that even though it is behind the due date it still counts
I purchased 3 toys for elementary school kids for this event. I purchased a coloring book/notebook, some educational flashcards, and a water squirter since it's getting hot. I feel like this event was a good way to give to the kids in the community and I would definitely do it again.
I have registered for my classes for the Fall 2022-23 school year. I'm excited to see what the next school term brings!
I donated about 3 toys. This event was definitely helpful, I was able to give back and earn hours.
I donated two toys a frisbee and a stuffed unicorn, I want to do what I can for children in need or to simply make another kid feel special. This was a wonderful experience and I'm glad to be a part of it.
While I was on my way to get the toys, I got to explore Orangeburg a little further. As I was picking the toys, I was wondering what would be a fun toy for kids and it made me remember some fun items I used to have like the bouncy balls, pull-back cars, etc. I hope that the children that receive the items from the toy drive will enjoy the items that are given to them.
Dr. Warmack had a talk with a US senator. I learned a lot about politics. It is always valuable to see how connections can be used to the benefit of the students.
The goal of this drive was to donate a toy for 3 hours, and you could donate up to 3 items total to get up to 9 hours. I decided to donate 3 toys to get 9 hours because I feel like that was a good deal to donate only 3 toys for the amount of community service that I will receive. The toys I chose were pretty simple items for a child and I feel like they would still play with the toys because of how they look.
