I decided to donate money to the Black Lives Matter Movement, because so many black people are being treated unfairly. Donating will help the movement make a change worldwide, and I am glad to contribute to that. I pray that these killings, and mistreatment will lessen the injustice that black people go through on a daily basis. I enjoyed making a difference!

I serve as a Peer Mentor for the Math 111 section 33 course with Professor Daryoush Mani in the 10 o’clock session. Today, the students were finishing chapter one and preparing for their test at the end of this week. As a peer mentor, it is my job to encourage participation through the virtual learning platform,zoom, and assist students who need additional help with the class. Today, the class was taught the concept of Complex Numbers and we focused on radicals, real and imaginary numbers.
I donated money to the 'Black Lives Matter' campaign under Claflin Cares. I chose to donate to this campaign because being a black individual in today's world comes with a lot of consequences and that needs to change. We have to change the world for our children and our future generations coming up.
I served as a Peer Mentor on Monday, Wednesday, Friday. Each day for an hour. I took atttendance for the proffesor, and watched the class to make sure that all cameras were on all the time.
I had a great time helping serve the first-year students' via online during the first semester. Getting to connect and assist my classmates as well as faculty and staff in a positive way was truly an amazing experience for me.
I have many reasons why I’ve chose to donate to BLM Group. This is a problem that’s big and that needs to change. All lives matter but people of color shouldn’t have to deal with the things they have to face daily . From cops to simply getting equal justice and equal opportunity. I want to help make change and this is a start .
I choose to donate to March of Dimes. I choose this organization because the safety and well being of a mother and her child isn’t stressed enough in the world. I hope that by donating to the organization it will help the health and well being of mothers and their babies. This donation was a great way for me to join the fight.
I donated to the black lives matter. Im really proud to be able to donate because the black lives matter do so much for our black community. The black lives matter has made a impact on the world. They have made it known that black people are more at risk then anybody else. This is why Im happy to be able to donate to the black lives matter.
Giving to the Black Lives Matter movement was a great feeling. Knowing that my funds are going to support a cause that empowers my people and fights supremacy is vital. Understanding this will drive me to educate others and motivate more to support the cause.
