I registered online to vote in the upcoming fall elections. The process of registering was fast and easy because they only needed my social security number along with my driver's license number. Due to the simple and easy process, I was also able to vote early on October 24th first time. This was an important time for not only me but also my family who was a part of the process with me.

I registered to vote for the up coming election. I feel like so much people do not register to vote because they feel like it’s not important but it is. If we all took voting serious this upcoming election we can pick a president that is going to make America better than what is is now.

I loved that I got to shares some inspiring words with Ms. Nicole who is a nurse in Philadelphia. I wanted to let her know that we are here for her and thank her for helping those in need during these trublesome times. Its amazing that she will soon see my video to keep her pushing.

The Ernest E. Just Science Club virtually visited the Buckingham South Nursing Home and participated in various activities such as unscramble the words, Jeopardy, and discussing life stories. The residents enjoyed talking to us about their life and time in college and I enjoyed the experience as well.

I really liked this experience because I have never personally met a blind person. I was skeptical about signing up for this one but it really opened my eyes to how some people live. I helped a lady put all of her pots and pans on the correct eye and make sure everything was in place for her to prepare her food. I really like this.

I did an hour of community service on Smithsonian. I created an account and started a project about some old art pieces. I reviewed four pages and approved then and transcribed two.

During this voulenteering I had an opportunity to be able to donate for a very good cause. A cause that has and impact on my life and the lives that will come after me. I donated my money to The BLACK LIVES MATTER organization. My reasoning for doing so is because I want to not be a person who sat back and watched black lives get mishandled and treated poorly I want to be someone who made a difference. Though I could not have gone to a protest do to the current pandemic I still wanted to show that I am here to make a difference and help those of who are also will to. I want to thank the family of Claflin University for giving me this opportunity to beable to donate to one the most ethical organizations.
